By creating an account or accessing SpeakCrack (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent in your jurisdiction to use SpeakCrack. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens.

2. Subscriptions and Payments via Razorpay

SpeakCrack provides Free access as well as a paid Pro Studio tier priced at ₹299/month (or as advertised during promotions). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your Pro benefits will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to impersonate other individuals, upload malicious code, reverse-engineer proprietary acoustic evaluation models, or circumvent usage limits.

4. AI-Generated Feedback Disclaimer

Acoustic scorecards, mock interview questions, and speech assessments are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms for practice and rehearsal purposes only. SpeakCrack does not guarantee employment outcomes, job offers, or specific interview results.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
