Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SpeakCrack, we are committed to providing the most effective vocal rehearsal experience possible. We offer a fair and straightforward refund and cancellation policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SpeakCrack Pro subscription at any time directly through your account settings under Billing. Upon cancellation:

• No further charges will be billed to your payment method.
• You will maintain full access to all Pro features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
• Your account will cleanly downgrade to the Free tier at the end of the billing cycle without losing historical session data.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber to SpeakCrack Pro (₹299/mo) and are not satisfied with your experience for any reason, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.

To initiate a refund request, send an email from your registered account address to billing@speakcrack.in with the subject line “Refund Request”.

3. Processing and Timelines

All refunds are issued through our payment gateway, Razorpay, directly to your original payment method (bank account, UPI handle, or credit/debit card). Approved refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing timeline.
