SpeakCrack (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the speakcrack.in platform and associated rehearsal studio applications. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise control over your personal recordings and data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Full name, email address, password hash (encrypted, never stored in plaintext), and subscription tier.
• Profile & Professional Data: Target job role, industry, and resume files uploaded for interview question generation.
• Audio & Practice Recordings: User speech audio captured during mock interviews, teleprompter reads, and speaking practice drills.
• Acoustic Telemetry & Transcripts: AI-generated transcripts, WPM pace data, filler word counts, and pronunciation clarity heatmaps.
• Payment Information: Processed directly via Razorpay. We do not store credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN credentials on our servers.

2. Audio Recordings and Sensitive Data

Your practice sessions often contain your voice, likeness, and career experiences. We adhere to rigorous data safety:

• Audio recordings are stored in encrypted cloud object stores and are accessible only to your authenticated session.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your recordings with advertisers, recruiters, or public LLM training datasets.
• You may delete any individual recording or your entire account with one click from your Studio settings.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver real-time speech analytics and secure checkout, we engage trusted industry infrastructure:

• Razorpay: Secure payment processing for Indian and international cards, UPI, and NetBanking.
• Speech & AI Processing: Cloud AI services used exclusively to synthesize prompts and evaluate pronunciation.

4. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of all personal data and transcripts linked to your profile.
• Request prompt correction of inaccurate records.
• Request complete erasure of your profile, session telemetry, and recordings.
• Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
